This is a “very good plus” vintage hardcover, 144 pages with appendix.
Profusely illustrated in black and white photos throughout. No loose, torn or folded pages, no writing. Binding hinges are intact, not split, text block closes tightly. Board corners are crisp, minimal to no wear at tips. Text block edge fairly bright and uniform all around with upper being just slightly tanned. Front and back boards, along with spine are all uniform in color, not tanned or sunned.
Matching vintage dust jacket is not clipped, no writing or marks. Some minor surface and edge wear, no tears.

The front cover cloth is a little lifted in some places and there is some spotting to the cloth (see accompanying images). The board corners are worn and show the underlying board. Overall, while not perfect, it is complete, the photos are rather stunning and it is a pleasing book.
