The dimensions provided are the full size of the print paper, with the image being scaled proportionately within to allow for matting if desired (use archival mats!). Typically the margins are approximately .5″ per side as dictated by the size of the print selected.

Hudson Valley Victorian era hospital 13×19″ or 17×22″ poster
In 1871, New York State opened the "Hudson River Hospital for the Insane" in Dutchess County, on the East banks of the Hudson River, just below what is know known as Hyde Park. It was the second institution of it's kind in the state, being created since the original hospital in Utica, New York, was full. The High Victorian Gothic architecture was the first time it was used in an institutional facility. The building, although in a state of significant disrepair, is now on the National Historic Register. I took this photograph in 2007, intrigued by how the door had been "retrofitted" with a "modern" portal and the ominous "asbestos" warning. Will make an evocative addition to your living space's decor.
