1971 Music Fanzine: Zaw Mynn’s Music Bag, Myanmar Pop Culture
$244.00
This is a “very good plus” seemingly self published, English language, 144 page, illustrated paper back-sized book loaded with what was happening in the music scene in the early summer of 1971. Home address of the publisher is a PO Box in what was then known as Rangoon – today it is Yangon in Myanmar.
No writing, no loose, torn or folded pages. The binding is intact and tight. Printed throughout in red ink, pages show a fair amount of tanning on edges, but don’t seem too brittle.
Really interesting music time capsule. Pictures of The Partridge Family, The Rolling Stones, Steppenwolf, Jackson 5, Peter Fonda on his bike in “Easy Rider” and more!
