“The Mystery of the Ivory Charm”, by Carolyn Keene, published in 1941 by Grosset & Dunlap.Octavo vintage hardcover, blue cloth wrapped boards, orange Nancy design endpapers, glossy frontispiece illustration, 216 pages plus ads in back.As per Farah’s Guide to identifying Nancy Drew editions, this is a 1941B printing.This is a “very good – ” vintage hard cover with a solid spine and intact board hinges. There is no writing, no loose, torn or folded pages. The text block closes tightly and is relatively square, some small spotting, tinted upper edge is lightly spotted (see accompanying images).The original dust jacket has a loss at the top front corner that wraps around to the spine head (see images). 1 1/2″ closed tear at the top on back with accompanying crease. Edge wear and chipping at the front flap fold along with a tear at the bottom. Wear with some loss at the bottom spine edges. Not a perfect jacket, but still quite attractive. Now safely wrapped in a removable archival sleeve for proper presentation.

Tom Swift and His Sky Racer Vintage hardcover in original dust jacket [1926] First edition, later printing Children’s series book #9
First edition format, later printing (originally introduced in 1911 in the same presentation). Solid binding, no writing or marks aside from a "9" carefully affixed to the front free end paper. No torn, folded or loose pages. Board corners are lightly bumped, with minimal wear to cloth. Pictorial decorations on the cloth on front board and spine are bright, yellow/tan color uniform all around - not sunned on spine. Matching dust wrapper shows "Tom Swift and His Airline Express" as the last title in the list inside the front flap. Some minimal edge wear with some chipping at the flap fold corners and spine head and tail. Some tanning to the spine. Front cover illustration bright and vibrant. Now protected in a removable archival sleeve for proper presentation. A really pleasing vintage copy with its original cover, which are getting more scarce each passing year.
