This is a “very good” vintage hardcover in gilt decorated faux leather boards, deckled outer, cloth head and tail bands sewn in, silk place mark, color plates, published circa 1953 by the International Collectors Library, 379 pages.
Solid binding with intact gutters and hinges. Text block closes tightly, is square. No writing. No loose, torn, folded or creased pages. Lower board corners are bumped, uppers have what look to be some white paint on upper tips. Silk place mark is unused. Contains original matching book club insert.
Overall, a very pleasing vintage volume!
