This is a "very good plus" vintage children's cloth wrapped illustrated story book published in 1978 by Little, Brown and Co., 31 pages.
First edition, illustrated by John Schoenherr. Book is solid, crisp hinges, no writing, no loose, torn or folded pages. Board corners and spine head and tail are crisp, not bumped, a bit of wear on the cloth at extremities. Pictorial decoration on the front board is complete, not rubbed, very pretty. The matching original dust wrapper is complete, not clipped, showing original publisher's price of $5.95 inside front flap. There is a closed tear on the front cover along the spine that extends about midway the vertical of the book. Some edge wear and a little tanning on edges. Now in a removable archival sleeve.
