The first and last pages were beginning to separate along the spine edge perf due to the stiff stock and the movement of the book. The perfs of both have been reinforced with PH neutral, archival document repair tape (see images), which is intended for such purposes and will not harm the paper, nearly invisible. Some surface rubbing on glossy board covers, front and back, some edge wear. No jams, tears or creasing. A fairly scarce title these days - likely few were printed, and most of those were disassembled to use the cards.
