The binding is tight, not rolled, canted or split. No loose, torn or folded pages. Upon close inspection, this book doesn’t exhibit any signs of reading wear, it may be unread. It has an angular crease at the upper part of the spine – about where “Land” is in the logo, where it was apparently not stacked correctly (?). Covers retain all of their original satin finish texture, some light denting in cover edges, again seemingly from being shelved or stored improperly. Still really crisp though, covers close tight, no writing or marks, no loose or torn pages.

Overall, still a very pleasing copy, getting harder to find these in condition as nice as this as this printing approaches the half-century mark.
