This is a “very good” or better vintage hardcover in mild green paper wrapped boards with tan cloth wrapped spine, unpaginated, published in 1982 by The Viking Press.
First edition. Signed on the half-title by Alice and Martin Provensen, the illustrators.
Solid binding, no loose, torn or folded pages. No writing, text block closes tightly. Board corners are crisp, not bumped, a hint of wear to tips. Board edges my show just the slightest hint sunning.
Matching vintage wrapper is complete, no clipped. No significant flaws or signs of wear. Now protected in a removable archival sleeve.

The Brothers are well regarded fantasy and science fiction illustrators, having completed commissions for such works as: >> One of the Original Star Wars "one-sheets" for the original film release >> The Sword of Shannara >> The Lord of the Rings >> The original Clash of the Titans >> The Brothers also worked with Stan Lee and created art for Marvel Comics >> many, many other significant works... The book is #61 of only 100 that were signed by both brothers - I have found no others available anywhere! (Tim died in June of 2006). This large soft cover book is in very good plus or better condition, with the staples and center page solid.
