Georgia O’Keeffe “Sky Above Clouds II / Sky Above Clouds IV” 1963/1965

Original price was: $19.00.Current price is: $15.58.
Authentic vintage art book page, not a scanned reproduction, in superb vintage condition. No tears or writing or folds. Two sided - one image per side. Measures: Full page - 9.5 x 12.5 inches Illustrations (approximate): "II" - 8 5/16 x 4 1/4 inches tall "IV" - 8 3/8 x 2 3/4 inches tall Note: This is an authentic old vintage book page, not a reprint. It may have some slight signs of age, but this adds to the unique charm. The image(s) may not be centered on the page. Each image has a brief caption beneath it. The semi-glossy paper is heavy and the image on the reverse will not show through unless the bare page is held out to a backlight source. Due to the differences in computer monitors, the colors you see on your screen may vary somewhat from the actual print when viewed in person. The second image for painting shows the entire page including the margins and caption. For almost 70 years, Georgia O'Keeffe (1887–1986) was a major influence in American art. Remarkably, she remained apart from shifting trends and stayed true to her personal vision: finding the essential, abstract forms in nature. With keen powers of observation and finesse with a brush, she captured nuance of color, shape, and light, enlivening her paintings and attracting a broad audience. She explored her landscapes, flowers, and bones in series over several years and decades. The images draw on her experiences and relate to places she lived. ************************************************** SHIPPING: Your prints will be shipped promptly in a sturdy kraft shipping tube, by USPS Ground Select.
