* **Cover & Spine:** Green cloth boards retain complete but somewhat sunned at the title at top gilt lettering and a crisp compass motif on the front cover. Spine is sunned with a vertical line about center whole length. Front board corners are just so slight bumped, all corners show some wear to cloth at tips.
* **Text Block & Pages:** Upper block edge is some what toned, outer and lower are light, with a few spots on lower edge. Yellow illustrated endpapers are intact with a vintage bookplate present on the front pastedown. Interior pages and plates remain clean and well-preserved.
* **Binding:** Square and tight., hinges solid. No loose, torn or folded pages.
