This is a “very good -” stapled 41 page magazine sized paperback in glossy folded stiff board cover, published in 1977 by Town Crier Publishing House of Lancaster, California.
2nd printing, with errata sheet stapled to the copyright page.
Signed on the title page by the author, F.D. Calhoon
Numerous black and white photographs throughout.
Staples are solid, no loose, torn or folded pages, no marks.
Corners are somewhat dog-eared, upper more so.
Overall, reasonable condition, interesting bit of history. Nevada City is a cool place to visit if you ever get the chance.
