Clean, “very good” vintage paperback by Philip Jose Farmer with cover by the acclaimed Gray Morrow (prolific silver/bronze age comic artist, co-creator of Man-Thing).
This is the second book in Farmer’s “The World of Tiers” series.
.40 cent cover price, 1966 copyright. ACE didn’t specify printings, so we cannot know for sure, but the cover price would definitely dial this in to 1966 or thereabouts, so very likely is a first printing.
Mild edge and surface wear from stacking. Some light reading wear to covers. Upper front cover outer corner ever slightly “jammed” – can be seen when held at the right angle in the light, not bad, but it can be seen. Spine square, no loose, torn or folded pages. No labels or tears. No writing.
