Includes a short story by a young Ray Bradbury: "The Women". Binding is tight, no loose, torn or folded pages, no writing or labels. Page edges are lightly tanned, but not terribly brittle; outer edges of covers show chipping, some losses and have several small closed tears around, no tape. No signs of moisture damp exposure or mildew. Cover art is bright and uniform, not faded, same with advertisement on the back. Has wear but text is complete, cover and inside art is pleasing, still charming. Please see accompanying images for full condition details and table of contents. This book is "as new" having no signs it has ever been read. I have seen "new" books in Barnes and Nobles that are not as nice as this little gem! The only real flaw to call out is a light dent in the upper front cover spine corner.

The board corners are crisp. The spine head and heal are bumped. The boards each have a bump in the lower edge nearer the spine, the back has a lesser one on the top edge about middle. The gold foil spine decoration is bright. The original vintage dust jacket is not clipped inside the front flap. Some very slight edge wear. No writing, or tears.
