Raymond Chandler “Farewell, My Lovely” Chandler’s 2nd Philip Marlowe novel 1st time in paperback
$26.00 Original price was: $26.00.$21.06Current price is: $21.06.
“Farewell, My Lovely” by Raymond Chandler, published 1944 by Pocket. Second appearance of the protagonist Philip Marlowe, after “The Big Sleep”, in novel form.
First edition, 6th printing (early).
This is a “good plus” or better paperback with a solid, albeit cocked spine. No loose, torn or folded pages. No writing. Back cover rather rubbed and faded. Covers show a fair amount of creasing. Internally, pages are of quality paper – rather unusual for the period – and are nice and bright.
See accompanying images for full condition details.
Considered to be one of the “big four” novels of Mr. Chandler’s career.

This is a "good" or better complete vintage pulp magazine, 128 pages.
Binding is tight, no loose pages, no significant tears, not writing or labels. GGA cover art is bright, not faded, same with advertisement for the Adventure Book Club on the back. Shows some age, but overall, still a rather pleasing copy of a somewhat scarce issue.
